Fred,

You have nothing to say, as the link at http://www.pownetwork.org/phonies/phonies498.htm pretty much sums it up. You've been lying to people in several countries who took you at face value. You lied to many different groups about being a Ranger, about being in Special Forces, about being in CAG, about being in the SAS, about being a warrant officer. You lied about every award you claimed to have earned. Your days of lying to us are over. But I would not plan to take your lies up anywhere else on this planet for a long time.

Go get your SAS and other tattoos covered with something that is you -- like bullshit artist. You got removed from 1/75 for the same reason as 10,000 others - failure to meet standards. Don't keep making stories up and trying to blame others. It wasn't your hip or CPT Grimsley that cost you your Ranger beret - it was your failures. Then you started lying to make up for your failures, and continued to perpetuate your lies for how many years?

Get a grip. See a shrink, go hide in a hole. But stay away from every Soldier Marine, Sailor and Airman who really did do something. Go back to Scotland, with your phony bronze and silver stars, and face the music. You are a piss ant.

Fred was actually born in 1959 in Munich Germany  to a German mother Elfrieda Sixt.  His birth name was Robert David Sixt and he was brought to California by his adopted parents Gladys Pate Jackson and Frederick William Jackson Sr. (who was allegedly stationed in Germany) when he was 7 years old.

They changed his name when they adopted him. They had him from 6 weeks of age as his mother was their housekeeper at time and had other children with various GI's. Boom Boom did track down a birth brother to Arkansas. Fred still has adopted sister, Roberta,  in Annaheim, CA who used to be employed at McDonnel Douglas.

Fred claims his adopted father Frederick William Jackson Sr was a POW in Dachua, Germany. He also stated his father was Major.  He  (Sr) died a few years back in Tyler, Texas after he retired from Military.

He was reportedly a school janitor in a special needs school in Tyler TX before his death.

  • Fred was associated with numerous organizations Scotland.
  • Fred also joined the Masonic Lodge and was inducted into the Lodge in  Hoxie Ks  in 1991
  • Fred also had a membership to association former intelligence officers

  • Fred also stated that he was one of team who led assault on the Libyan Embassy in London while on exchange with SAS.

Fred also stated that he was one of team who led assault on Libyan embassy in London while on exchange with SAS,

BS! I am very familiar with the Princess Gate Libyan SAS Hostage rescue and who did it. I worked with the SAS during my CT Days with US CT elements and visited SAS many times in the UK. They, in turn visited me in the Pentagon. Any US Officers (NO NCOs) who became attached or assigned with the 22d SAS at Hereford were sent by them through "Selection." That's their Frat qualifying requirement. No-one goes on any operation without being vetted thru Selection. I never heard of this phony. Sure as hell would have as I was briefed by SAS about that very operation and they had excellent video how it came down. NO USA soldiers participated!

'DEAD' MUM BATTLES TO GET LOVE-TUG KIDS

Sunday Mirror ,  Nov 19, 2006   by STEVE SMITH in Raymondville, Texas

http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4161/is_20061119/ai_n16858792/

A SCOTS mother has flown to the US for a courtroom custody battle over the sons who were told she was dead................

A SCOTS mother has flown to the US for a courtroom custody battle over the sons who were told she was dead.

Love-tug mum Angela Jackson jetted into Texas to fight for her children who were snatched abroad by her ex-husband as she was being treated for cancer.

Her three-year campaign to have her sons returned took a dramatic twist last week after her US lawyer secured a court hearing for the case.

A judge in the southern Texas town of Raymondville, close to the Mexican border, will now rule this week if sons Scott, 15, and Brett, 13, should return to Scotland with their mother.

The brothers were whisked abroad by Mrs Jackson's bigamist former husband Fred despite a court order banning him from leaving the country with his sons.

Last night as she prepared for Monday's case, Mrs Jackson, 44, of Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire, said: "I still cannot believe that after all this time, I'm finally going to have the day in court that I've fought for.

"It is a day I never thought I would see and there have been times when I really felt like giving up.

"It would have been easier to just try and accept I was never going to see my boys again but there was no way I could do that.

"As a mother I knew in my heart I had to do everything possible to let them see that I still love them and will do anything to get them back.

"Fred has moved around Texas but when I found out where he was I put everything into getting my boys back.

"I'm quite sure that after all this time he was laughing at me thinking that I would give up.

"Well now I've got the day in court I wanted and the judge can make the decision.

"I've brought some of the boys' old toys with me and some photographs to help them remember the lives they had in Scotland. It's going to be an incredibly emotional week ahead but I just have to be positive.

"I would love to be getting back on a plane to Scotland with my boys, but I know how long they have been in Texas and they have never had the chance to hear my side of the story.

"It may be that the court rules they should stay in the US but at least I now have the chance to finally make contact and hopefully become a part of their lives again.

"It is going to be an ordeal for the boys and myself going into court this week, but my ex-husband has made me suffer more than any mother should.

"I'm going through every possible emotion, but we just have to wait and see what the court rules and what the boys want."

The Court of Session in Edinburgh ruled in March last year that Mr Jackson - who was fined for marrying wife Sandra while still married to Angela - had removed the boys unlawfully.

Despite having the law on her side, Mrs Jackson has faced a long fight to have the case brought to a US court.

Her lawyer, Pamela Brown, said after meeting Angela yesterday: "We have a strong case because Mr Jackson was in violation of the court order preventing him removing the children from Scotland.

"There are defences he can use, such as the boys are settled in America and might not want to return.

"That is a matter for the judge to decide. This hearing is not about deciding who is the more suitable parent for the boys, it's about getting them returned to the Scottish jurisdiction for that to be decided."

Mrs Jackson said her ex-husband, a former soldier, fled to Texas with his sons before a court hearing to decide who should be awarded custody.

She tracked them down in Texas after spotting Mr Jackson's name on internet chat sites. She managed to email her boys' former school in Beeville, Texas, where she was horrified to learn her sons had told teachers their mother had died from cancer.

Close to tears as she prepared her case, Mrs Jackson said: "I don't know how Fred will be able to even look at me in the courtroom knowing what he told our boys. To lie to your own sons and tell them their mother was dead is pure evil. I will never forgive him for what he has done to our family."

Mrs Jackson, who has two older children from a previous relationship, met her husband in 1988.

They married in 1990 and lived in Scotland and the US. before separating in 1999. Shortly after Christmas that year, police told Mrs Jackson her husband had bigamously "married" Scottish civil servant Sandra MacGregor.

In 2001 he was fined pounds 2,000 for bigamy and later legally married Miss MacGregor, who had two children of her own.

The boys went to live with their father and stepmother in Wick, while their mother was treated for breast cancer and searched for a new house.

But she said that despite being ordered by the courts not to go abroad with the children, he flew to Texas with them.

Mrs Jackson added: "I've contemplated suicide in the past because I was so depressed at being apart from my boys for another Christmas. Maybe this time I have my chance to show them how much they mean to me."

He said:She said:: Mother travels from Scotland to reclaim sons from ex-husband.

Nov. 20--RAYMONDVILLE -- An international child custody battle that has received attention from tabloid newspapers in Scotland has landed in the 197th state District Court. Judge Migdalia Lopez heard testimony Monday from Frederick Jackson, who claims to have been an Army Special Forces soldier, and his ex-wife, Angela Jackson. Their two sons have lived in Port Mansfield with him for three years and have made good grades and have perfect school attendance records, Frederick Jackson testified. He works as an emergency medical technician in Hidalgo County, he said. Angela Jackson testified that her ex-husband had "poisoned their (sons') minds" ...

Nov. 22--RAYMONDVILLE -- The future of two Scottish-born teenage brothers, Scott Jackson, 15, and Brett Jackson, 13, must be decided in Scotland, Judge Migdalia Lopez ruled in 197th state District Court Wednesday.

The boys have been living with their father and his third wife in Port Mansfield for the past three years. Lopez's ruling that the boys must return to their native land ends the latest chapter of a bitter international custody battle. A court there must decide if their father acted illegally in taking them from their mother in 2003 to live in Texas, Lopez said. Bigamist fined £2,000

Jackson "married" at Wick registry office
A former US soldier has been fined £2,000 for bigamously marrying a Scottish woman while planning to renew his wedding vows with his legal wife.

Fred Jackson, 42, appeared at Wick Sheriff Court on Friday.

He said he had believed he was divorced from his second wife Angela when he married Sandra MacGregor, whom he met through the internet.

But Mrs Jackson, 40, with whom the former US Special Forces soldier has two children, was devastated to learn her husband had married another woman, procurator fiscal Gary Aitken told the court.

Sheriff Ian Cameron said: "Mrs Angela Jackson is simply the victim in a sense of his having set up home with someone else and gone through a purported marriage ceremony."

Intended to divorce

He told Jackson that he had committed "quite a deliberate deception".

The sheriff added: "There is a public interest in maintenance of the integrity of the public registers of deaths, births and marriages and in a sense you breached that integrity until the position was discovered.

"You are aware that there is a possibility of imprisonment in relation to this offence.

"In the circumstances, and given your previous clean record, I am willing to deal with this by way of a fine."

Before the fine was levied, the court was told that Jackson intended to divorce Mrs Jackson as soon as possible.

The accused, an American whose address was given as Tomahawk Street, Perris, California, pleaded guilty to marrying Ms MacGregor bigamously during a civil ceremony in Wick last year.

Continued contact

It is understood the couple live together in Harbour Street, Wick.

During 2000, the accused was resident in the United States and struck up a communication with Ms MacGregor which was conducted over the internet.

They entered into a marriage with each other on 15 September last year.

But the accused continued to have contact with Angela Jackson and for at least part of the time they lived together as man and wife.

Despite their difficulties, Mrs Jackson believed a reconciliation was on the cards and they began to make plans to renew their wedding vows.

Police called

The court was then told that Mrs Jackson realised her husband had "married" someone else and she called the police.

Jackson's defence solicitor Neil Wilson previously said his client disputed the Crown's version of events.

He said any contact after the illegal marriage was only for the purpose of discussing custody and access to their children.

He added that Jackson claimed his legal wife told him he had filled in their marriage documents wrongly which led him to believe, mistakenly, that they were never legally married.

In any case, he said, Jackson believed he was free to marry under Californian law.

He added: "There may be an element of wilful self-delusion in that belief, but he presents to me as a man with a genuine belief that as of September 15 last year he wasn't married."

Matches made in hell

Becks and Madonna were the only odd couple we didn't see together on TV last week, more's the pity...

The BBC Sports Personality of the Year BBC1
The Turner Prize C4
When Louis Met The Hamiltons BBC2
Bigamy BBC1

The BBC's Sports Personality of The Year is invariably the most tedious slice of live TV broadcast in any 12 month period - but last Sunday's SPOTY might have been considerably enlivened by the presence of Madonna, who was busy putting in a 'controversial' simultaneous appearance over on C4.

Despite not being a sportswoman (though a decade of power yoga and that part as a baseball player in A League of Their Own might have swung it) she is obviously comfortable with the language of the terraces and would at least have provided a 'personality'. And - hey! let's take this ball and run with it - how nice it would have been to have had Golden Balls Beckham presenting the Turner Challenge Shield to that cheeky Martin Creed for his fine work The Lights Are On But Nobody's Home.

The most diverting part of the SPOTY was marvelling at the knot on Beckham's white silk tie (uncoordinated and messy, perhaps it was intended as a sort of visual metaphor for Man United - though surely Victoria couldn't have had a hand in it?) while the very worst thing about this (and every other) SPOTY was that it looked like a Tory Party conference: there was the chest-puffing classical music, the mind-numbing speeches, the complete lack of humour and the inappropriate streak of wild-eyed jingoism masquerading as 'national pride'. During that interminable slo-mo edit of England's World Cup qualification the river of molten sentimentality was so ickily glutinous you'd have thought we'd already won the bloody thing. Do get over yourselves.

Mind you, the Turner Prize was arguably worse. Someone really should have reminded Mayfair's Pearly Princess Madge about the occasion when Jools Holland swore on The Tube ('Groovy Fuckers' wasn't it?), way back in the 1980s - a time when using naughty words on live telly was already as passé as the Sex Pistols, though admittedly he did get the sack. But nowadays swearing on Channel 4 looks pretty uncool coming from a fortysomething mother****** -of-two - especially one who is starting to look less and less Like A Virgin and more and more like Meg Mathews.

But enough TV trivia - let us move on to the strange, dark, foetid place where Louis Met The Hamiltons, in which there was no swearing but a great deal of lewd behaviour. Here the most deeply unpleasant aspect of a programme that was unpleasant in oh-so-many ways was watching footage of the Hamilton's solicitor announcing to the press the specific details of the allegations against his clients while standing next to them on the steps of the police station. I must have been reading newspapers of a particularly delicate editorial constitution when this story originally broke because until this point I'd remained in blissful ignorance about precisely how Neil and Christine were alleged to have comported themselves during the Essex sex party. And I really really really wish it had stayed that way.

It's not often you can criticise a documentary for providing too much information, but this was an occasion when I emerged longing to know far less than I did. I wonder if the show's reluctant star, Christine's 'Granny' (actually her Mummy - and that fascinating relationship is worth an entire documentary in itself) had known all this unsavoury stuff before the programme was screened?

As a freakshow it was entertaining enough (if 20 minutes too long) - the drunken ramblings that triggered outbreaks of Neil's gurning and Christine's disturbing flirting; the sight of Christine, in Norland Nanny mode, deftly unbuttoning her husband's shirt while he stood stock still (perhaps dangling a moth-eaten teddy just out of camera range), which again told us far more than we needed to know about their inter-personal dynamic thingy.

But for all the eye-rolling, giggling and 'oh-my-God's the programme evoked, this wasn't one of Theroux's finest because, despite their apparent naiveté and silliness, the couple still seemed to be calling most of the shots. In previous Theroux shows you've often felt that, archness aside, Louis was firmly in control, but here, oddly, he seemed more like the Hamiltons' passenger than their driver.

The one good thing you can say for the Hamiltons is that, as a couple, their relationship will clearly survive the kind of seismic shocks that would have lesser pair-bonds scuttling towards separate solicitors. Trust is usually a very good thing in a relationship. But perhaps not too much blind, starry-eyed, twitty trust.

At the end of BBC1's riveting Bigamy, for example, you didn't fancy Mrs and Mrs Fred Jackson's chances of a happy silver wedding anniversary surrounded by their loved ones.

Sandra Jackson, a Scottish mother of two, had met her Fred, a burly, highly-decorated ex-US serviceman, through an internet lonely hearts advertisement. Before long he had invited her to visit him in Savannah, Georgia, and accompany him to a regimental reunion dinner.

Sandra said that, after getting off the plane, she was so bowled over 'I could hardly speak for the first half hour', while her suitor was equally smitten: 'I thought she was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen in my life.' Before long, Fred proposed, Sandra accepted and they got married at a register office in Wick.

Unfortunately, it had slipped Fred's mind to divorce his first wife, Angela - also Scottish and the mother of his two sons. The arrival of a second Mrs Jackson didn't go down terribly well with Angela, despite the fact that she and Fred were apparently long-since estranged, but Sandra took the sudden appearance of another wife surprisingly well and vowed to stand by her man while the mess (assumed by Sandra to be mostly a technical hitch to a proper legal hitching, rather than, say, a complete con on Fred's part) was sorted out.

As the film unfolded, the story got better and better. Fred came across as amiable, if a bit foolish and weak. Angela, on the other hand, looked increasingly like a hysterical harpie whose full-time hobby was cultivating a vindictive streak (abusive emails a speciality), an impression that was not helped by the fact that she was physically unprepossessing, with poodle hair, a weak chin and far too many teeth in the wrong places, while pretty Sandra, with her tousled curls and dark soulful eyes, looked like the blueprint for the perfect wife. Even though he was still married, you really couldn't blame Fred for baling out on the ill-named Angela in favour of sweet Sandra, could you?

In the event, Fred was found guilty by the Scottish courts of 'setting out to deceive' and though he escaped a prison sentence he was given a £2,000 fine. He and Sandra set a date for a proper wedding. Meanwhile the production team contacted the Pentagon to find out more about Fred's heroic military past. He turned out to have served 18 months in the US army before being discharged, as a private, in 1978. There were no medals and no recorded time as a member of the elite Army Rangers, despite the fact that Fred had married Sandra in full dress uniform, loaded with ribbons and tin.

Of course, it doesn't necessarily follow that a man who can invent an entire career is a con-man in every other area of his life, too, but it doesn't quite rule it out either - apparently five out of 10 bigamists have previous convictions for fraud. 'I know he will never hurt me,' declared Sandra. Angela, needless to say, wasn't quite so sure.

Finally, I'd like to nominate last Thursday evening, 13 December 2001, as perhaps the most consistently depressing viewing in the history of British terrestrial television. Kicking off at 8pm, Channel 5 treated us to 60 minutes of The Sarah Payne Story which, if you felt so inclined, segued neatly into The Murder of Sarah Payne: Every Parent's Nightmare on BBC1 at 9pm. Searching for light relief elsewhere, you would have had a choice between BBC2's Everyman: Facing the Enemy (in which Jo Tuffnell met Patrick Magee, the man who had planted the bomb that killed her father, Sir Anthony Berry, at the Grand Hotel, Brighton, in 1984), but if this didn't tickle your light-entertainment fancy you could have enjoyed How The Twin Towers Collapsed, on C4 - a fascinating but inevitably pretty grim account of the architectural shortcomings of the World Trade Centre. Which, in turn, would have put you in exactly the right mood for both the BBC and ITV Ten O'Clock news, featuring extensive coverage of the latest Bin Laden tapes. After this you could either have decided to emigrate or stayed up to watch BBC1's special report I Was Not Asleep: Gary Hart and the Selby Crash.

I have a hunch that last Thursday ITV might have done rather well in the ratings: their primetime combination of Peak Practice and The Farmer Wants a Wife never looked more alluring.

Mother fights for return of boys

A MOTHER is to take legal action after her former husband fled to America with their two sons while she was undergoing surgery for breast cancer.

Angela Jackson, 42, discovered that the boys had left the country with their American father after she tried to make contact with them at their home in Wick, Caithness, and was told they had moved.

Mrs Jackson, from Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire, tracked her former husband, Fred, to Beeville, Texas, where he now lives with the boys and his second wife, Sandra.

She said yesterday that her former husband had breached a court order which banned him from taking the children out of the country and would take legal action to ensure their return.

The couple did not have a formal custody agreement but Mrs Jackson made regular visits to see the boys in Wick before she was taken into hospital for cancer treatment.

She claims that her former husband, who now works as a paramedic, told her sons that she was dead. “I was so angry. How could someone be so sick? The effect on the boys is what bothers me most,” she said.

Mrs Jackson now plans to retain an American lawyer who will ask the US authorities for a court hearing to determine whether the children should be returned to their mother.

We have had the displeasure of meeting Mr. Frederick "Boom"Jackson. Mister Jackson was recruited through an agency via the internet. I believe the name is ORCA . He arrived in Goliad, Texas in late January early Febuary of 2003. Mister Jackson's resume was very impressive; Green Beret medic with eight years regular service and eight years in the Army Reserves. Mister Jackson claimed to have served with the U.S. Army Rangers 75th Inf. and various Special Forces groups. Initially, we were glad to have a paramedic come to work here in Goliad with such experience. Mister Jackson also claims to have worked as a paramedic in Los Angeles, California, for twenty years, fixed-wing and helicopter pilot and had been working as a Search and Rescue / Deep Sea in the North Sea. Mister Jackson seemed to be all these things because he did know a great deal about them but soon after starting to work here his stories began to unravel. ....... Boom was a terrible medic here. He was very slow and indecisive while working and constantly needed help. He was very unprofessional and was complained about by many patients and patrons in Goliad. We at first chalked up his quirks as anxiety over his family being in Scotland and fighting with his ex-wife over custody of his children. Boom also stated his ex-wife was to be placed in an institution as she was judged as mentally unstable. We in Goliad felt sorry for Boom and helped him any way we could. Boom was allowed to stay at the EMS station free of charge ...... After a few weeks we all started to wonder about mister Jackson. Boom was constantly worrying about being fired and always asked crew members if anyone had been talking about him. He would always worry that someone was listening in on his phone calls and constantly would leave the building to use a pay phone. Boom started having anxiety attacks and was constantly using the cardiac monitor to check his heart. On more than one occasion, he was taken to the hospital for chest pain and released. He stated that his area of operation while in Special Forces was in Central and South America yet could not speak any Spanish which ......  Special Forces have to learn a secondary language. He stated ...... that he was in every major U.S. military engagement since Viet Nam including Desert Storm and Mogadishu. He also claimed to have won two Bronze Stars and the Silver Star.  .......  Boom's current Email screen name Boom4143 and Booma175 .... which answered a lot of questions about Boom. When question about the Bigamy charge, Boom stated that it was a big mis-understanding and Angela wrote it while institutionalized. .... looked up the information in the Sun and realized that if this was true, maybe more things were true. About this time Boom was on an EMS call where a female patient questioned if Boom was intoxicated. When a    ...... County Sherriff's officer tried to give Boom a sobriety test and breath analyzer, Boom became very aggitated and claimed it was an insult and he would not have the testing done on camera. Boom left early the next morning claiming he was sick. ..... Boom had a second job in Beeville, Texas, as a Paramedic.  .....  tried to contact Boom to make sure he was coming to work on his next shift but we received no word. ......  let his position go due abandonment. The next time we .... Boom was in a bi-monthly ...County Commissioner's Court meeting where Boom had written a three page affidavit accusing   ...  crewmembers of sexual and verbal harassment on a daily basis. Almost to a man ...... swore under oath that Boom was lying.  ..... started to study mister Jackson's dubious past. .... then tried all the newspapers in Scotland and the BBC. Boom's history stated to unravel like an onion. .....found out about the existence of the BBC documentary " Bigamy " and managed to find the cameraman ( Mister Neville Kidd ) stated he would try to get us in touch with the director.
