Jo Wymer also made it out of New Jersey, Freehold, to play the Session.
She took the stage with her “band” which consisted of Fred Dorward
and his acoustic base guitar. From first note this was a doomed set. The
sound was bad, with Fred’s guitar feeding back and a line hum
overshadowing the music. And Jo just really didn’t seem to be that
into it; all the more so for having come after Regina’s lively set. Jo
and Fred weren’t nearly up to the level of the music on Jo’s
page on MySpace and I went home after four songs.

Wow we are really sorry that you left with a sour Jo Wymer taste in your mouth.....I happend to be playing with a rotator cuff injury and had gotten some pain killers that day. Fred is Fred....but the rest of the band would not show up for a non-paying gig so far from home...that is just how the boys are. We hope that you will give us another try at the Doylestown Moose Lodge on January 31st 2008. Thanks for yor feedback.
