Claims that he would have to leave for Seal Duty for 30 days this year; claims he received his US citizenship at age 16 and was drafted 9 months later & sent to Vietnam; Claims he wasn't a SEAL but a Frog Man & on SEAL Team Six. Claims he had killed 17 people; Claims helicopters picked him up out of college classes with no notice.

Claims one of his wives died in gang violence, however some people have been told it was in PA. & others told it was in FL. Claims his mother is a judge in Florida - then claims she is deceased.

.... since about September 2007, he explained that he works about 10 days per year for the government in secret forces, or NIS, and doing "strategic analysis." He said, "they hire me for my brain." He also said he was invited to join Mensa at age 17. He said the government did not pay him what he was used to earning and he had other debts. He has four children, 3 that he pays his ex-spouse's for child support. He has a history of having his drivers license suspended for nonpayment of child support.

Early in 2008, he reminded me that in March of 2008, he would need to be away for 10 days to work in Washington DC for the government. As February drew to a close, he said his time had been extended to 1 month. He said that he would be in Iraq for all or most of this time.

As the one month began, he said it had been extended to 3 months or 97 days and that he would be completed in July 2008, and that again he would be back and forth to Iraq. During this time, he was able to stop 2-3 times for dinner. He said that he may be able to stop in more as he was doing special work for Homeland Security and would be traveling back and forth from Washington DC to New York City. At one point he stated verbally in person that he and "his team" were scheduled to plant a fake bomb somewhere in NYC and see how long it would take to be discovered and then see how the NYC bomb squad and police handled the matter. At one point he stated telephonically that things were getting much more difficult in Iraq primarily because Iran was doing more with weapons of military destruction and he couldn't say anything more about it. This as a preface to his fears that his "tour" would last much longer. In July 2008, he emailed me that his "tour" will last until February 2009.

Claims he was born in Granada.

He said his non-biological parents were in their 90s and living in Florida. He was adopted by them from a couple who worked for his father who ran an engineering company. This company, including his father also named Marcus Padulchick and his mother who he claimed was a federal judge in Florida, traveled all over the world and lived for several weeks or months as part of the engineering projects, in such places as Grenada, Thailand, and "across the street" from Machu Picu in Peru.

In Thailand, he impregnated a Thai diplomat's daughter he said when he was age 17 and has a 31 or 32 year old daughter named xxxxxxxxxxxxx, nee Padulchick who recently gave birth to a son xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. She supposedly lives in the western suburbs of Philadelphia and he states is a thoracic surgeon.

He stated being married 4 times:

-- To the Thai diplomat's daughter at his age 17. He claims to have brought up his daughter from age 8 months to 12 years as the spouse could not get a visa to come to the US. They divorced after just a few years of marriage.

-- To Denise Padulchick in his early 20s for 8 months and living in eastern Pennsylvania (Yardley?). She was murdered when she went out to an ATM machine one day.

-- To xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, in the Trenton area (possibly Ewing, Lawrenceville) of New Jersey

-- To xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, in the same area.

-- His other children are age 22 and age 20 from one union, and son age 18? from another union.

What I was told about his military history:

1 -- He was a UK citizen before he was a US citizen. He became a US citizen at about age 16 or 17 and was immediately drafted. He chose to become a Navy Seal [ACTUAL RECORDS ]

3 -- He then served in Vietnam as special forces. He ran secret missions where he was stabbed (old wound on upper left chest) in hand-to-hand combat. It seems that the range for these military activities were from 1976 -- 1980.
