Well the below exposes that Boldpussy is with the Canadian Anti-American Veteran Attack Group because he is quoting the same INCORRECT Court Record they quote.

As a matter of fact I filed eight separate lawsuits against the government because they kept falsifying records. Proof of this is here http://www.vetsforjustice.com/evidence.htm where documents posted clearly PROVE the US Government completely destroyed my complete VA file and lied to a Federal Judge.

The record McPussy quotes is on its face a fraud. Please note it says “Kidwell asked the Board for CORRECTION OF MILITARY RECORDS to Upgrade his Army Discharge to a General” and it also says I received an Undesirable Discharge, and was an auto mechanic all of which the Court have since ruled was untrue.

First the Board for CORRECTION of Military Records DOES NOT UPGRADE DISCHARGES. The Board for Correction of Military Records CORRECTS mistakes where the government falsifies a record, or violated the law issuing a wrong discharge, or make some record error.

There is ANOTHER board that Upgrades Discharges called the Army Upgrade Board. Tow different bodies with a BIG difference.

Next I was NEVER an auto mechanic and Army records PROVE this. The United States Army Support Command in Washington DC told Federal Judge Farr in Lexington Kentucky that “The Army had submitted the wrong file with a different Social Security Number and that I worked as a Military Advisor and was in far more danger then others in my Battalion because I was always in villeges by myself working with ARVINS or Local Nationals.”

Federal Administrative Law Judge Farr in Lexington Kentucky stated that “It is apalling how the US Government has mistreated and cheated this HIGHLY DECORATED DISABLED VIETNAM COMBAT VETERAN” (Emphasis added)

Because the government had broken so many laws, illegally destroying my complete VA Claim file FOUR TIMES, lieing to three different Federal Judges to cheat me out of benefits,  lieing about my military record and then “claiming” they had made a mistake because of a social security number mixup,  (all this is in the Lexington Judgement by Judge Farr) and becuase the government had TORTURED ME  by taking 34 years to process my VA disability due to all the illegal government conduct, Judge Farr said he had never seen a Veteran so wronged and he WAIVED the Social Security Law saying I could only be paid back one year before I applied and he ORDERED the government to pay me from the DATE OF MY ARMY DISCHARGE!

Judge Farr told the US Attorney if they government appealed he would find the government in CONTEMPT.

I received a 34 year Social Security Backpayment. The only 34 year backpayment in history. And I bought my home.

Also TWO PRESIDENTS CALLED ME PERSONALLY. President Bush the first called me at the VA hospital where I was numb from the waist down for six months due to where I was blown up when I was jumping off the truck with a bunch of M-79’s on strings, and sprayed with scrap metal and cut everywhere.

President Clinton called the VA and the Social Security Judge and send me two personal letters that I have. President Clinton also ORDERED his personal assistant, a military assistant named “Susan” (She was also with the Marines) who ORDERED the Surgan General to personally submit a report to the Social Security Judge, and ORDERED the Army to release my REAL records that they had clasified, and where were given to Federal Judge Farr.

1.    I have the personal Medical Report from the Surgan General of the United States JUST FOR ME.

2.    I have two PERSONAL letters from President Clinton.

3.    I have my THREE military discharges. One a re-enlishment HONORABLE discharge. One a General AR-635-200 THAT THE ARMY NOW SAYS WAS ILLEGAL. And that was CORRECTED to an HONORABLE, and now note this THREE ARMY GENERALS SENT LETTERS WITH THE HONORABLE DISCHARGE STATING THAT THEY WERE DEEPLY SORRY THE ARMY MIXED UP MY RECORDS AND ISSUED AN AR-635-200 GENERAL DISCHARGE!!!!

4.    I NEVER had an Undesirable as McPussy lies and says.

NO VETERAN SHOULD EVER HAVE TO EXPLAIN THEIR MILITARY SERVICE TO THESE SICK, ANTI-AMERICAN NEO CONS THAT ATTACK VETERANS.

You told your lies McPussy. I have a little over ten thousand dollars in savings. I challance McPussy or ANY OF HIS ANTI-AMERICAN LIEING FRIENDS to put up a similar amount of money and to meet me ANYWHERE and I will bring my records, INCLUDING PRESIDENTIAL LETTERS and prove they are liars.

I wish just one of these scum bags would have the guts to meet me ANYWHERE because I am sick of these Anti-American Scum Bags attacking Veterans for Neo Con Politics.

Not a one of these gutless slime bags has the guts of a 12 year old.

If you were REALLY an officer McPussy then SHOW SOME HONOR and come run your mouth to my face instead of hiding as you attack America’s Veterans.
