  A Search Warrant was conducted on a residence occupied and controlled by Charles Michael Pauley (Age 35) and that search revealed a marijuana growing operation. More than $5,000.00 worth of marijuana plants were seized. Suspect Pauley was indicted by Detectives from the BCI Vice Narcotics Division.

Hello all,

I was just speaking with another member from D.C. I live south from there. We were talking and Ilet a whole lot out. everyday for the past two weeks I`ve been sticking my 45 into my mouth and hoping I had the balls to squeeze. I know though that Ican`t do this for I have a 12 yr. old. She`s my life and I would lay mine down for her`s.

I`m tired on waiting on Doctors, politics along with all the other bullshit.Imay even have to go do time and in that case I will eat my 45 because I`m hooked on pain killers , very strong ones. I hate them but as much as Ihate them Iwill not lay in a jail to dehydrate & toss all fluids in my body & die with no medical help. I`ve been taking this kinda stuff for almost 16 years now so I`ll never come off but if my Doc helps maybe I can reduce the amount I`m taking?

300 synthetic Morphine 10mg take 10 a day and then Roxy,Dilaudid or what ever for break thru pain. My quality of life is shit! I`m taking a small break from smoking so it works better as well so that I won`t have to take all of this. Next week I`ll see what my Doc thinks? I gave him info on this issue but I expect the worst and hope for the best, but honsetly Idon`t have a bunch of hope left. I cannot even find a job part time !Who wants a used up war vet ? I`ve been hunting for a job for 2 months hard core out almost everday & still nothing.

What`s funny is CA.started all the illegal banning on weed way back because they said Mexicans were coming over the border whacked out on weed and would kill folks! Never happened If you think about it though CA. has some of the best mm laws now? Us Marylanders have a very hard time with little help and Scared Dr.`s WTF is up with our country `i`ve bleed for it(our country) and I can`t even get what helps!(except a ton of pills that kill)

Hello thank you for the advice, I`m just frustrated as hell that`s all. Glad to hear your son`s are loving,living & making a way for themselves. It `s funny the Meds you just named off I`ve been on those Patch`s as well was so stung out at one time I was cutting them open & drinking the contents, yeah not smart! I had been on Oxycontin 40 mg 6 tabs a day and I can get anything else too. So stupid I`m starting to get liver spots on my legs , well one leg one ankle. I don`t have hep c but everytime they take blood the test says I do and then the results come back Neg. everytime.

Hence early stages of liver damage. Also Imay have to go to jail/prison where I will dehydrate & die. They will not give you your meds here why I don`t know? God I hate cops anyone whom could police their own is a trader to their countrymen & wemon. Atleast for petty stuff like a plant that is a weed that grows wild in the world. Which myself and 20 others next year are going to make many sprouts and place these during a rain storm above the line where the tractors cut grass.

In other words grow so much hemp that it kills their budget I did that in NC. one time worked well they left all my crops alone! lol They just took a bunch of plant`s of my land a couple months ago,guns & so on been almost 3 months and still have not heard anything back yet or how I`ll be charged? We`ll see huh?

Well Ithank you for your kind words & screw their laws where you`re at get your smoke anyways just keep it at home. Well Ihope you get to feeling better and again thank you. One day at a time is all any of us can do for some it`s minutes at a time.

Hello ASA members,

This time things are starting to look up? I got my letter from my Doc saying that if mm helps me to take less meds then he`s all for it!! I almost messed myself when he gave me the letter!! lol !

Still kinda sucks for us Marylanders we can have only the 15 grams or less and if we are caught it`s a go to jail card still. Man that suck`s Ithought it helped us from going to jail/bonds the whole 9 yards, but this is not so. The only good thing is I think it`s only a $100.00 fine once you enter court and it`s not a crime? Nor a ticket or anything? Not to clear on this.

As far as the jail thing goes no change I`m either leaving the country or it`s the .45 if Ihave to do time inside a D.O.C. center of types I have checked an no one jail or any other place helps people out they only lock them up!

I`m sure as hell not gonna suffer I`m done with that. As far as the laws concerned I think they can all eat 7.62X39 all day.Sorry to say but that`s how I feel cop`s are criminals Cops + crime = criminals last I looked we asa members were doing some real hanous shit you know like smoking a joint or breaking our bongs on accident(2 night ago for me) I swear I have never seen a pot smoker who wanted to commit crime to get more?? In the words of Carlos, "dee ta dee" ! God we need a smarter congress and law makers.! That`s all gotta fly and get the kid from school.

Well like the heading says how long? I`ve been told by folks in MD. it`s good for life and others say 3 months, some even say half a year? I sure would like to know? I know I`m going to ask my Dr. to date mine for 3 months from now incase it runs out then I`ll have another for the spring. I do know Dr.`s like to see you every 3 months for pain but I`ve been skipped for 6 months at a time. I also know that a RX is like Lipitor you can only get a 3 month supply unless I am missing something? I`ve heard of longer scrips but I`m not sure for a schedule 2 / 3 whatever?

Hopefully now that my Dr. is retiring at the end of Dec. He`ll do this for me and hopefully he`ll speak to my new Dr. and he`ll be open as well? Maybe Ican be his research guy ? I got my recommendation on Oct. 11th 2007 so Jan. if it is 3 months it`s up ? I really wish I knew what the deal is? Idon`t see how it matters unless you get a letter from the Dr. saying it`s over ending kaput! If not it should stand as a treatment for what ever the problem ? Hell if I know?I hope someone out there know`s for sure like a lawyer lol ! Thanks

Hey all, some know me other`s do not. I have ran into a problem that there is no alternatives. I have Criminal motions on Jan. 18th then Docket call on the 25th of Feb. 2008. After that I have jury trial from Feb. 25th-29th.

Now what I`ve been told by my Lawyer is he thinks he can plea it down to a misdermeanor or how ever the hell you spell & don`t care really . Anyhow I`m look at 2,500 - 3,000 in leagal expenses just for him. He then say`s I`ll most likely have to pay a fine oh say about 5,000. He said more than likely for sure hence the amount of the fine.

I`m a homemaker now because of medical problems I got my recommendation from my Dr. from mm after all of this it`s more than likely it will not help. The biggest problem is money. So it is with all of us. How the fuck do I raise 5,000 without a job and can`t even lift more than 25lbs and can`t be on my feet more than a couple of hours. Hell it kills me to drive to Batimore or any further. I can`t ride one hour w/out pain. The thing is if I could get a passport to a country that does`nt extradite or whatever. Ihave a kid that`s 12 I don`t wanna check out but Ihave been on opiods for 16 years and they will not give it in jail So I would dehydrate and die or I could spend 500.00 and but a .44 and split my wig.

I have killed in war I`ve seen things that for sure tells me there`s no God plus science . I have no higher faith don`t want none after what I`ve seen God`s a sicko! I just want to see my kid grow up and give me grand babies.

I hold a Bronze star with a Valor denote and a purple heart with 2 clusters along with other medals most of all my C.I.B. Even my outstanding service record can`t get me outta this my lawyer told me so don`t even wear my micro medals won`t do any good.

I guess I`m really begging or asking for somone whom is well off and would help with all or some, anything.

I fought for this country, I`m moral i`m married and have a daughter but things are looking very grim. Don`t think I can even get an equity loan on my home because I`m over extended reason I`m fucked up and all my money pays for my home which Iintend on not loosing. Maybe I should go ASA National to see if anyone out there would show compassin I`d be happy to trade 5,00 for my court papers!. $5,000 I walk no money Idie a slow a horrid death or the .44 Fuck it!

Hello all,

I`m a 35 yr old Vet. Was in Desert shield and Storm have done some good I feel like in my life. I have never been a violent person nor my record show`s that except for combat. I hold a bronze star with a "V" denote for valor,and Ihave a purple heart with 2 clusters and my coveted C.I.B.

Anyhow I`m saying all of this because my lawyer said my servce record will not help me. Now what happened was I had 4 plants that they(police who violated my rights) somehow got 5 from 4? This charge is a felony how ever you spell it? Duh. My Lawyer whoms name is 1st at his law firm so I`ve gotten a good lawyer and have enough to pay for him. Couple grand.

The only other money I have is less than I need but is my Daughter`s college fund. There is no way in hell am I going to take that from her. I want her to have a better life than I, she`s not poor like I was so I`m happy about that.

This is the most ballsy thing I`ve ever done is what i`m gonna ask. See my check every month from the Army for my Disability, anyhow it pays for the house payment and just enough to add like $70.00 or so left after the house and that go`s to her college fund. I need help in the worset way. My lawyer told me that more than likely I would be fined 1,000 per plant which comes to 5,000 plus just a bit. Only problem is our credit is over extended so I can`t even barrow against my home for we are over extended on our monthly income. Things are very bad. My daughter & wife went out and got me a bit of X-MAS I`ve got the kid taken care of but I`ve not been able to do anything for her, very depressing I love to give.

I feel so bad for what I`m about to ask . I need help not lying! I would be happy to show I.D.and my Charging papers . I need someone whom is better off than most . Ifeel so low for asking but I need someone that Christmas don`t kill and they are well off and is giving. I need 5,000 or I go to jail for not sure but like 3 months or better. Under normal time`s I would not even beg plead and to be so humble that feels down low . I do have a major problem that can never be fixed along with shrapnel and if removed both things I would be in a wheel chair for life and no more fun with the wife:( ! I have been on Morhine since I was wounded in "91" then we found a extra bone in my back in 1995 that kills me. It`s called a Transitional Vertbra with my but bones L-3,4,5 vertbra`s maybe more now are all one bone feels great !

If I go to jail I`ll more than likely die. No joke I have been on meds for over 15 years so I will go into severe dehyration and maybe die or if they catch me in time I`ll go to a hospital which they will at that time re-hydrate me and give me one narco shot so when I go back to jail 2 days or sooner it`s all starting again. I would rather die. Please if anyones out there that has compassion and it won`t hurt you/yall financially please I need help. I`m disabled so I won`t lie I cannot pay this back but would try like hell I don`t know what else to do. I have even tried the Army. I have no other person, family I can ask . Well thank you sorry it was so long but I`m in trouble for being sick and Iknow not what to do. I thank all no matter help nor none.

Hey all, If you did read I did get a good lawyer. In these types of case`s a good lawyer is needed. Now the public defender here are the worset. I would surely be toast using them. It`s the fine that I have to get. To Angel Heart my lord I hope you get help too. Seems minute by min. It get`s worse for me & others. Not only can I not come up with the 5,000 but before now & X-MAS I have to try and get my kid X-MAS or she`ll be upset as hell. As far as today goes I have to go see my late daughter whom would have been 10 today, the Dr`s killed her at birth almost killed my wife as well. I`m sorry yall Isee no light at the end of the tunnel. Ifound out the 9th appelet (what ever) court has no say here ( Maryland)that`s for all the CA. western folks.

So my recommendation may as well be shit or to warm yourself by a fire. One thing though I can take with me is I won`t live forever thank god. When it`s all over it will be good written to this world. I fail to see good anymore.
