As of today, please note above date, that I am still, wrongfully, posted on your website as being a phony and\or wannabe. All of the allegations and or claims against me are incorrect and are a negative reflection upon my character. There are no confirmations and or history of any wrong doing or claim that have been made on my part, EVER. To be posted as such is wrongful and without evidence. basically they are false statements and I request that they be removed, pending an investigation into their validity and the finding of substantial evidence to prove me guilty. I do believe that we still come from a country where you are innocent until proven guilty, do we not?

As this report was e-mailed to me from a friend and no contact was made from any other persons or organizations than it is surmised that no investigation or inquiry into these claims was performed at all.

Again, I do believe in the reason and purpose for your organization(s), but unless some corrective action is taken, I will be forced to seek legal representation and will press charges against all parties involved.

Reported Claims: SEAL, BUD's class # 118 (ironically also the first numbers on his license plate) partial name change (last name he was "allowed" to keep, had to change first, middle. Will tell only a woman he marries what real name is) Mom, family had to adapt to calling him by "new" name. Also claims he "died" at one point in order to go totally covert in foreign country, family was informed of "death" and later resurrected with new ID. DOB change (got to pick his new birthday upon discharge) SS# change (upon discharge, along with partial new identity) was member of DS-12, and Black OPS, answered only to CIA and President Clinton. removed from active duty when he was shot during covert ops allowed to return to ailing mother after being shot in head in secret location overseas DOES carry military photo ID in wallet, has faded DoD sticker on vehicle, no vet plates, DD214 nowhere to be found. Claims he hand-carried his military discharge papers to Pentagon to be sealed up. DOES have formal Navy picture with Stars and Stripes, presumably enlistment picture. claims requirement to go to local VA hospitals once a month for updated shots, blood tests, visits with former commanders to check on his "welfare", since SEALs do not get therapy. Just in case he's ever reactivated. Commanders fly in special for him. Uncle is Lieutenant Commander and is now mercenary only. Uncle got him into BUD's, by-passed basic training. He never had to serve on board a ship. Currently armed to the teeth. He claimed to be a retired SEAL after being shot in the head on a secret mission. He stated that the Navy changed his name but let him come home to take care of his mother. He stated that he suffered from PTSD and went some place in NE once a month and would have meetings with two current Navy SEALS to try and help him work with his problems. He stated that his uncle was also a retired SEAL. He claimed that he worked directly for the Pentagon at one point in his time as a SEAL. He has several, “I killed several people” stories. The village in an un-named country that he and his team killed the entire village and then covered it up is the best. All the stories had a made for TV movie slant. Many had heard no less than fifty times that he was a SEAL and a trained assassin. He'd tell anyone that would listen, always followed by “ this is secret so I really can not talk about it”. Network - Chuck and Mary Schantag: I must say "Thank You" for the prompt and fast response. It is greatly appreciated. However, I am afraid that my response may not have been as detailed as intended. What I was actually trying to come across with is that I never made any of the accusations that are being placed against me on your site. I was confirming that the only correct aspects of the listing are my name and the results from my service record check. Please, do not take this wrong, I do support and condone your part in uprooting and exposing those who claim to be other than they are or were. It takes away from the honor of everyone that has ever served in the armed forces. Agencies such as yours do exist for a reason and it is unfortunate that there are those that do not have the Honor, Commitment or Courage to serve proudly and take that with them out into the rest of their lives. What action(s) need to be taken to ensure that this no longer happens? And, I believe the correct response to my previous letter is' victim ' not victims, as it were.
