Fake military policeman arrested
Nevada Guard members harassed
By BETH WALTON
REVIEW-JOURNAL
Donald R. Raibaldi
Officials say man pointed guns at military personnel
A man who authorities say for years impersonated a first sergeant with
the Army military police was arrested Friday morning.
Donald R. Raibaldi, 49, of Las Vegas was charged with felony counts of
aggravated stalking, oppression under color of office, and attempted
oppression under color of office, and a gross misdemeanor of
impersonating a military policeman, said Sgt. Dan Flaherty with the Las
Vegas police fugitive unit.
Raibaldi remained in Clark County Detention Center Friday afternoon
with bail set at $12,000.
Police obtained a warrant to arrest Raibaldi Wednesday. He had been
under the surveillance of detectives after they received information he was
claiming to be a secret operative in the special forces and harassing
members of the Nevada National Guard, Flaherty said.
"He was running around pointing loaded guns at people saying he's
someone he's not. I'd consider that to be dangerous," Flaherty said.
Raibaldi would often pose as an active MP, wearing an Army uniform and
a military police armband and carrying weapons, Flaherty said. Raibaldi told
people he traveled back and forth to Iraq on secret missions, he said.
When detectives approached Raibaldi a few months ago, he claimed to be
an active member of the Army and demanded to be addressed by his rank, which
he told detectives was a first sergeant. Raibaldi then "went
bananas" after the detective corrected him, saying if Raibaldi was to
be referred to by rank he should be called a specialist, his rank at
discharge decades ago, Flaherty said.
Police said Raibaldi in August showed up at the annual gun show at
Cashman Field and harassed members of the Nevada National Guard. Raibaldi
told a recruiter he was going to "go Rambo on him," Flaherty said.
That same month, while wearing a military uniform, Raibaldi got in a
traffic accident and was released after telling officers he was
military police about to deployed, Flaherty added.
Four days later the State of Nevada Military Department of Domestic
Operations sent out an alert telling staffers to avoid contact with
Raibaldi, warning that he was believed to be armed and dangerous.
Retired Army Lt. Col. Bill Anton said actions like Raibaldi's are a
dishonor to all veterans, especially those who are disabled.
"My whole body is banged up," said Anton, who served in
Vietnam and now is Nevada's adjutant for the Disabled American Veterans.
"Every day I'm reminded of my service and people like him play
off our
hard work to gain sympathy with the regular civilian population when
we
had to earn it."
Police arrested Raibaldi at a convenience store on the corner of
Sahara
Avenue and Hualapai Way less than a mile from his home. He denied the
allegations against him upon his arrest, Flaherty said.

Phony Hartford
Soldier Charged With Larceny
By HILDA MUÑOZ | The
Hartford Courant
- 10:15 AM EST, November 20, 2008
Orlando Ramos-Cabrera (COURTSEY
OF WEST HARFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT)
WEST HARTFORD - Police arrested an
18-year-old man who was posing as a U.S. Army sergeant while attempting to
cash a check for $40,000 at a bank on South Main Street Thursday
afternoon.
Orlando Ramos-Cabrera, of Hartford, was wearing a uniform he bought
online, police said. He had also just purchased a 2008 Dodge Charger from
a dealership in East
Hartford with a phony check.
He is charged with first-degree larceny and illegal use of a uniform.
Police were dispatched at 4:06 p.m. to TD Bank North on a report of fraud
in progress. Ramos-Cabrera was there in full uniform with "Special
Forces" and "Calvary" patches.
He identified himself as a sergeant in the U.S. Army. But police officers
who are military veterans quickly recognized Ramos-Cabrera was a fake,
police said. The Dodge, parked in front of the bank, was seized as
evidence.

Military imposter charged with larceny
Last Edited: Thursday, 20 Nov 2008, 6:29 PM EST
Created On: Thursday, 20 Nov 2008, 10:57 AM EST
West Hartford (WTNH) - Police say they have charged a Hartford man
with larceny after he allegedly dressed up as an Army soldier and
bought a car with a bad check.
Orlando Ramos-Cabrera, 18, allegedly bought a 2008 Dodge Charger at
a East Hartford dealership with a fraudulent check.
He then went to the TD Banknorth in West Hartford and tried to cash
another fraudulent check in the amount of $40,000.
Ramos-Cabrera was dressed in full Army uniform and identified
himself as a sergeant, which turned out to be false.
"When our officers talked to him about it, he said he's been
in the military for over a year and a half," Captain Paul
Melanson, of the West Hartford Police Department, said. "That he
just came back from Afghanistan."
Captain Melanson said the only problem is "the officer who was
talking to him was a former marine."
After a few quick questions, officers could tell that he was not in
the military. And, they now believe he was trying to pull what's
called a check-kiting scheme.
The 18-year-old was arrested and appeared before a judge in
Hartford Superior Court. In the courtroom, he was wearing a National
Guard t-shirt. Police say, while they've seen this scam many times
before, Ramos-Cabrera put a new spin on it.
"He's using that to draw sympathy from people so that he can
then gain a criminal enterprise," Captain Melanson said.
"And, you know it obviously...just pushed it to another
level."
Ramos-Cabrera got the uniform off the internet.
In court, he was given a $7,500 bond and will be back in court
December 18th.
He has been charged with larceny and illegal use of a uniform.

Claims to have been heavily decorated and in Special Forces., earning
a Bronze and Silver Star in Vietnam AS A MARINE!
"And this website debunks his lies about being awarded medals.
He's guilty of two federal counts for his lying about receiving
medals.
In the first one, he lies about receiving the Bronze Star.
http://www.bullshido.net/forums/showthread.php?t=50839
"On 1 June 1959, he joined the United States Marine Corps. The
Marines send him to Boot Camp in San Diego after which he did four
tours in Vietnam starting in 1960. His first combat was in Taiwan
against communist guerrillas. Now if you were reading carefully you
noticed that Reagan claims that his first taste of action was not in
Vietnam but in Taiwan. Reagan’s authorized biographer writes that
in 1960 Reagan first saw combat while battling communist forces over
control of a Taiwanese village. During the battle, Reagan uncovered
this grisly scene, “Someone had taken a pregnant Taiwanese woman,
thirteen of fourteen years of age, and stripped her nude They had
stuck a sharpened stake in the ground and then shoved that stake up
through her vaginal passage, all the way up through her bowels, and
out the top of her head. The front of her was sliced open from chest
to crotch, the child taken out and rammed down on the point of the
stake at the top of her head. The cord was still connected.” In
response to this atrocity, Reagan charged out of the tent and
promptly machined gunned four “gook” prisoners and assaulted a
Taiwanese officer that tried to stop him. While not killing
prisoners, Reagan found time to take a communist held strong point
and earn a Bronze Star.
However, there was no communist insurgency in Taiwan in the early
1960s. Therefore, Reagan could not have been involved anything that
approaches the level of carnage portrayed in his biography. Usually
you need a war to have a war story…"
Another fake story, this one about the Vietnam War, from the same
link, where he lies about receiving the Silver Star.
"The Battle of Bloody Heart/Operation Raincoat (spring 1967)
In the spring of 1967 during Reagan’s fourth tour of duty in
Vietnam, he claims that he earned a Silver Star and at least one
Purple Heart in an engagement he calls The Battle of Bloody Heart.
Reagan states that a U.S. force of 270 solders was given the mission
of attacking a communist held village that controlled a
strategically important bridge. The task force was comprised of
Marines, Navy Seals, and Army Special Forces. Also involved was a
company of South Vietnamese Regulars and a small group of Laotian
Natives troops. However, a battalion and a half of North Vietnamese
Regulars ambushed the American/allied forces. In the ensuing battle,
the fighting was so fierce that only seventeen American solders
survived. In addition, the NVA whipped out an entire Navy Seal team
sent down the river to secure the bridge. Of the survivors, three
Congressional Medals of Honor were awarded, one Legion of Merit,
five Silver Stars, and every other survivor received the Bronze
Star. The North Vietnamese wounded Harley Reagan three times and he
received the Silver Star for his actions that day.
One would assume that such a bloody battle, a battle in which a
handful of tough marines survived a hopeless situation, a battle in
which three solders earned the CMA, would be recorded in the pages
of history. But you would be wrong. I could turn up no record of
“The Battle of Bloody Heart.” After an extensive search, I did
find one reference to an Operation Raincoat. However, this operation
did not occur during the Vietnam War. In fact, Operation Raincoat
was a battle in World War II. It occurred in Italy in late 1942
early 1943.
Therefore, it appears that the major battles in which Reagan
received his awards are nothing more than the product of Reagan’s
overactive imagination."
In fact Reagan was never a Marine AT ALL.
"To help clear up matters I contacted Dr Richard Allen. Dr
Allen has handled complaints for the Cherokee Nation about Harley
“Swiftdeer” Reagan for more than a decade. He stated that the
Marine Military Awards Branch had no record of ever awarding a
Harley Reagan any commendations. I then contacted Mr. Jarrett an
archivist at the National Personal Records Center (Military and
Personal Records) about Harley Reagan’s military service. He
informed me that they had no military record pertaining to a Harley
Reagan. Upon further request, Mr. Jarrett ran a search with the
Federal Bureau of Investigations. The FBI turned up no record that
Harley Reagan ever served in the military; to say nothing of active
military service in Vietnam, multiple medals, or lengthy hospitals
stays at Bethesda Naval Hospital."
The site also debunked all of his martial arts claims.
"According to Reagan, he represented the United States in the
1964 Olympic Games as an alternate on the Judo team. Supposedly, he
competed and placed fourth. However, a quick check of [Only
Registered Users Can See Links.Click Here to Register for free]
proves that Harley Reagan was not on the 1964 US Judo Team.
Keep in mind that according to his war stories, he spent 1964 in
Vietnam
Regan also claims that he received his Judo promotions, 2nd, 3rd and
4th degree Black Belts, directly through the United States Judo
Association and the United States Judo Federation
I wrote to both organizations to check the validity of these claims.
The USJF stated that Harley Reagan has not received any promotions
through their organization. The USJA told me that they do have a
record of Harley Reagan who achieved the rank of Shodan in October
of 1970. However, they have no record of him achieving a 2nd, 3rd,
or 4th, degree Black Belt in their organization.
Therefore, the information provided by the USJA and the USJF
conflict with the claims made by Reagan.
Military Hand-to-Hand Combat Teacher
According to Reagan, between fighting communists in Taiwan, and
falling out of helicopters, he found time to teach hand-to-hand
combat for the United States Marine Corps. However, since the FBI
and the National Personal Records Center have no record of a Harley
Reagan then it is highly doubtful that he taught hand-to-hand combat
for the armed forces
Jiu-Jitsu Champion 1967 – 1970
Oh, what a tangled web we weave…
At this point, his own lies begin to trip him up. Reagan’s website
states that he was a World Jiu Jitsu Champion from 1967 to 1970, but
Reagan’s authorized biography states that Reagan spent 14 June
1967 to 21 July 1967 in a comatose state after falling 300 feet from
an exploding helicopter. Moreover, according to his own biography,
Reagan was released from Bethesda Naval Hospital in March of 1968.
Therefore, Reagan’s stories begin to contradict each other. Either
he was in the hospital recovering from wounds received in Vietnam or
competing in Jiu Jitsu, he could not be doing both."

Police
candidate to face charges
2006-04-18 ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS – Multiple law enforcement
agencies are investigating an Arlington man who recently attempted to
gain credentials as a peace officer in Ellis County.
As a result of that investigation, an Ellis County grand jury has
indicted Bryan Harlo Reynolds, 29, on two third-degree felony charges of
tampering with a government record.
Reynolds had applied with the Maypearl Police Department, seeking to get
on as a reserve officer. The application process, however, disclosed a
prior conviction on a sex-related offense out of the state of New York,
prosecutors said.
“He lied on the part of the application that asked whether he had any
convictions,” assistant district attorney Lindy Tober said.
Reynolds recently registered as a sex offender with the Euless Police
Department, that agency’s Web site indicates.
*
The information on the Web site lists the offense as sexual assault of a
child (a 14-year-old female).
Reynolds had applied with the Maypearl department in November, citing
credentials that included being a U.S. Navy Seal and
a diploma from the University of Missouri. He also had a Department
of Public Safety security license, owned a security company in Arlington
and had a license to carry a weapon.
Maypearl Police Chief Nathan Bickerstaff said Reynolds also listed
himself as a graduate of Eastfield Police Academy and said that he had
been teaching at the academy since his graduation.
On the surface, Reynolds appeared to be an exemplary candidate as a
reserve officer.
“I was honored to have him as an applicant; you don’t get those
kinds of applicants,” Bickerstaff said, noting that his agency
requires all applicants to fill out applications, provide documents,
undergo a psychological exam and a drug test.
“I started doing his background investigation and found out that he
has a criminal history out of New York City. I got on the phone to
verify that and talked to the investigator in New York and confirmed
it,” Bickerstaff said. “I immediately called the Texas Commission on
Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education.”
Bickerstaff also enlisted the aid of investigator Mike McGraw with the
Ellis County and District Attorney’s Office.
“All three of us were working together and followed our paper
trails,” Bickerstaff said. “We found out that most of the stuff he
had was fabricated and was not true documents. We ended up charging him
with tampering with government documents.”
The Arlington Police Department also was brought in when it was
contacted to assist in making an arrest.
As officials continue to look at the different documents and
circumstances, more charges may be possible, Bickerstaff said, saying,
“It’s a bizarre story.”
The paper trail extends not only to New York but also to Florida, where
Bickerstaff said Reynolds had obtained a concealed handgun license.
“There is no telling what he was setting himself up to do down
here,” Bickerstaff said. “I’m glad we caught him - and you’re
not doing another story.”
There are several concerns with the case.
When Reynolds made his application, Bickerstaff said he was “dressed
like a police officer, his car looked just like a police car.”
“He said he patrolled apartment complexes in Arlington (with his
security company),” Bickerstaff said, saying Reynolds had passed the
psychological part of the application process. “We’re hoping that he
didn’t have some victims over there. If he was on duty and came across
a 13-year-old girl … . A young girl may not say anything due to the
fact she doesn’t want to get in trouble. There’s no telling.”
Officials also can’t be sure whether or not Reynolds already hadn’t
made some traffic stops in the area, with Bickerstaff saying there were
some reports of people having been pulled over, but the one report that
could be verified ended up coming from a woman who was not telling the
truth.
Arlington police, once the case came to its attention, enforced
Reynolds’ registration as a sex offender.
“My hat’s off to Arlington PD for pursuing that and making him
register,” Bickerstaff said.
TCLEOSE director of enforcement licensing James Herronimus confirmed an
investigation is under way by the state agency.
“Our authority is under the Occupations Code of the state of Texas.
One of the things we are interested in is the falsification of
documents,” he said. “To apply to a police department and to falsify
the application which is submitted to us is a felony in the state of
Texas.”
The Reynolds case came about through the normal licensing procedures in
place, where credentials are checked - and Reynolds did not obtain a
license, Herronimus said, noting that a conviction for a class B or
above offense - even if a deferred adjudication - makes a person
ineligible for licensing as a peace officer in the state of Texas. It is
possible, with a class B, to undergo a 10-year waiting period and apply
under an appeal, but there is no guarantee of acceptance, even then.
“With a class A or felony, there is no appeal. You’re not eligible
any longer,” Herronimus said.
Even if an offense has been handled as deferred adjudication, the
applicant is not eligible.
“It’s still a conviction. You agree to a conviction before you get
an adjudicated sentence, and we look at a conviction as a conviction,”
Herronimus said.
The fact that ineligible people try to get into law enforcement is not
unusual, with Herronimus saying TCLEOSE is as diligent and proactive as
possible in trying to prevent anyone acquiring credentials from getting
them.
“We’re very cognizant of people who would like to come into the
field, those who should not be peace officers,” Herronimus said. “We
try to stop them at the gate.”
There was no response to a request for comment from Eastfield Police
Academy.

CLAIMING
NAVY CROSS
retired Marine 1st Sgt. - EXPOSED
Boston Herald, 10 Feb 2004. Article by Tom Farmer.
Medal fraud
decorated with 6-month probation
By Tom Farmer
Wednesday, April 21, 2004
An
Alabama man who fraudulently wore the nation's second-highest decoration
for military valor has been sentenced to six months probation and
ordered to write a letter of apology to be published in the Marine Corps
Gazette and Leatherneck Magazine.
Dallas Ricker, 69, a
retired Marine sergeant, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in
Alabama to wearing a Navy Cross he was never awarded.
Ricker was investigated
by the FBI after a group of former Marines from Boston and several Medal
of Honor recipients raised questions about his wearing of the Navy Cross
at an event last summer in Washington, D.C., to honor two Marine Corps
generals.
``This letter is very
important that he write it, sign and seal it, and send it to say that
it's true that he has never been a recipient of the Navy Cross and that
he's a fraud,'' said Daniel F. Sullivan Jr., a Navy Cross recipient and
former Boston police officer who helped expose Ricker.
``This is a guy who
would have left you a firefight.'' |
16, April 2004 - Dallas R.
Ricker was sentenced today by a federal court to six months probation

Risser, Larry Lee Jr.
|
12/2007 |
CA |
LOS
ANGELES (AP) - In an urgent call to a friend, Larry Lee Risser Jr. said
he had been wounded in an ambush during a clandestine CIA assignment and
he needed $10,000 for a rescue helicopter.
His friend, George Rice, transferred the money to Risser's account and
later heard that Risser was recuperating in Germany.
The harrowing account was pure fiction. This past week Risser pleaded
guilty to federal charges of impersonating a CIA officer and wire fraud
for conning Rice and another man out of $20,000.
Risser, 34, was released on $20,000 bail while awaiting sentencing on
March 10. He faces a maximum of 23 years in prison, but likely will
receive a much shorter term under a plea deal in which he agreed to pay
restitution.
``It's one thing to tell people a bunch of lies about yourself,'' said
Assistant U.S. Atty. Richard Y. Lee. ``It's another thing to then use
that to con them out of tens of thousands of dollars.''
Risser began crafting his identity as a CIA agent two years ago while
hanging out at a shooting range in Oxnard called Shooter's Paradise,
according to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.
He told people he was the son of a U.S. ambassador and had made millions
in the security business, where he got his start exporting bulletproof
cars to the Philippines. He told one person that he was a bodyguard to
actress Angelina Jolie and told another he was on his way to Washington
to be awarded the Silver Star. He said he'd been hired by the CIA and
wore what looked like an official badge on his belt, but said his CIA
credentials were strictly confidential.
In January 2006, Rice, the owner of a gun shop next to the shooting
range, got Risser's plea for help. But when Risser called again about a
month later seeking more money to escape another failed mission, Rice
became suspicious and alerted authorities.
Risser also called John Barrison, the owner of Shooter's Paradise for
money, according to court documents. Barrison wrote a check for $12,000,
but became suspicious and canceled it. He, too, went to authorities.

Claims he was a Marine Sniper/POW in Columbia (What war) after capture
he was tortured, he then escaped into the jungle with others running now
with a female who was later captured with them (he claims she still is
in the psycho ward to this day) after being recaptured the raped the

He now says that he was shot in Peru and held as a prisoner.
This is a change from Columbia!
As a Sergeant he was on a C-130 from Canada to Belgium, well the crew,

He then e-mailed the department commander to tell him that he had
previously presented his DD 214 and post 3822/3835 had lost them…he
went on to say that he had presented the documents to National…he
could not give them to the commander because portions of it were
still classified. The commander told him to blacken
out whatever he felt was classified and only leave the
Honorable discharge and foreign service combat awards visible. He
refused and the commander asked for his resignation
and directed him to bring all files and equipment in his possession back

Shocking New Video of Illegal Immigrants Crossing the Border
Monday, November 14, 2005
This is a partial transcript from "Hannity &
Colmes," November 11, 2005, that has been edited for
clarity.
SEAN HANNITY, CO-HOST: Shocking new footage from a
yet-to-be-released documentary exposes problems on our borders in a way
we've never seen before. "'The Month of October' introduces us to
Mexicans crossing the border, ranchers dealing with the immigration
problem in their own back yard, the border patrol agents, who are trying
their hardest to sort it all out.
..... and
the head of security for the film, former Navy SEAL Jay T. Rockwell join
us now....
-----------------------------------
"Claims he was on the Olympic swim team, when
Jimmy Carter was president. as you know the United States did not attend
that year. Stated President Carter invited everyone to the White House
for a consolation dinner and that he did not attend. Claims he was a
member of the Stuntman's Hall of Fame, stating Yakama Kanut had
submitted his name for his dedication to safety. "There is
absolutely nothing that he has related ... that is truthful.
... To the best of my knowledge Mr. Jay T. Rockwell has never worn
the uniform of any United States Military Service."
---------------------------------------------------------------
Reported to be a "deadbeat
dad."
---------------------------------------------------------------
"...military experience, ... I can assure you that any and all claims
are false.
....Mr Rockwell left Michigan the summer of 2003, and returned to
California where apparently he continues to lead a life of deceit
and fantasy, fashioned out of lies he continues to tell. Mr Rockwell
has a very distinguished history of this behavior. I could bore you for
hours, as could the other woman I have come to know, about how a seemingly
honest and righteous man turns your life into a "Steven King"
novel, and leaves a wake of devastation behind him, with little regard
for anyone other then himself. Mr Rockwell has made claims to other
accomplishments "NOT" to his credit, that include
The Olympics, Stuntmans Hall of Fame, having been "Knighted"!!!!
and being sponsored by "Wells Fargo Corp. and using their copy righted
material without their permission.."
=================================================
January 3, 2006
I have spoken with one of Rockwell's professional associates, and it is
clear that Rockwell claims to have been a SEAL. I can confirm that
nobody by that name has ever been a Navy SEAL. I also spoke with the
president of the Stuntmen's Hall of Fame, and Jay T. Rockwell is NOT an
inductee, as he claims. In fact, the president has never heard of
him. Jay T. Rockwell is one of the most despicable types of
wannabe--he uses his phony history to impress both business associates and
loving women and then does them all dirt.

Associated Press - June 11, 2009 2:54 PM ET
PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities have arrested a Scottsdale man who they
say pretended to be a highly decorated Marine, wearing a uniform and
ribbons representing the prestigious Navy Cross and Silver Star.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said Thursday that
31-year-old John William Rodriguez was booked into Maricopa County
jail Wednesday and faces 13 charges of felony fraud schemes.
Rodriguez also may face a federal charge of violating the Stolen
Valor Act of 2005, which makes it a misdemeanor to lie about getting a
military decoration.
A request with the sheriff's office to interview Rodriguez was not
immediately answered. It's unclear if he has an attorney.
DPS officials say Rodriguez got discounts and some special
treatment as a result of posing as a war hero.

Florida,
Georgia, North and South Carolina and Tennessee. |
CLAIMS to be from Ireland he will claim 10 years as part of the
Irish Special Forces. When taking on an American false identity he
will claim Navy SEAL or special forces background.
FL: He presented himself as being from Ireland and
spoke with a thick Irish accent. Told tales of his time in the Irish
Special Forces and of his many tours of duty. Cried as he told how he
got the large scar on the right side of his body while in Kobul,
saving a child from a bombed building. He cried about the fellow
service men he had lost and about all the death and destruction he had
seen there. He told elaborate stories of his boyhood in Ireland, of
how close he is to his mother, of how he loves to dote on and spoil
his daughter, Lucy.
Charleston, SC: He did the exact same thing..... only days
after he was kicked out for being a scam artist, he came to St.
Augustine and started it all over.
He also scammed an 86 year old veteran, out of over $1,000.
While in Charleston, he stole the ATM card of an 86 year old veteran
on a fixed income who had taken Jeremy in because he believed he was a
veteran too. Jeremy went though his papers when he was asleep at
night and found his pin number. In two days, he withdrew $1000
from this man's bank acct.
He has stolen from a priest in North Carolina. He steals from
men and women, young and old, from everyone he comes in contact with.
Other favorites stories of his are claiming to be a musician from
Nashville or Memphis (talks with a southern accent for this one) and
working on his recording career. He does play guitar,
write music, and play the piano quite well, but chooses to scam people
for money instead of using his musical talent to make money. He
also may claim to have family connections to the Italian mafia/mob,
have an uncle who owns pizza places in New York City. He almost
always claims to be living off a family trust fund, and will pretend
to transfer money from his bank acct. to yours, always with a good
excuse why the money never shows up...in the meantime, you are paying
for everything or even loaning him money based on the promise of these
funds. He carries credit cards with him, but they are either not
activated or pre-pay with no money on the balance. But he will
pretend to pay your bills for you, on the phone in front of you, with
these credit cards...if you call the company back you will find your
bill unpaid.
Jeremy is really from Auburn, NY. He is American born and bred and
his real speaking voice has no accent at all. He is not even of Irish
descent. He has been in and out of jail for scheming to defraud
and organized fraud charges over the last 18 years.
Jerry Rose may attempt to go by another name. He has several
identifying tattoos: one on his neck that says Romans 2:14, one
on his forearm that says "Lucy" and one on his
shoulder/upper arm that says Choir Boy and has a picture of a devil
holding a microphone.
Jeremy is a clever and accomplished scammer with years and years of
experience. If you know Jeremy Rose or he is in your life
right now, do not attempt to confront him. He will just spin
more lies. Most likely he will start an argument and find a way
to blame or guilt you for the whole situation. Just call the
police. Report any stolen money, property, etc. immediately.
If nothing else, file a police report. If Jeremy Rose is
talking, Jeremy Rose is lying. The only time he is not stealing
from or scamming people is when he is in jail.
To see a sample of charges that Jeremy has faced in the past, click on
this link: http://pubtitlet.co.pinellas.fl.us/justice/GEInput.jsp

ACTUAL RECORDS
Dear POW Network,
Please pass this information to
in response to the inquiry regarding Mr. DOUGLAS WAYNE ROSENDAHL
and his claims of being a US Navy SEAL.
......
If the name you provided is spelled correctly, I do NOT find a
listing in the SEAL database of successful graduates for anyone named DOUGLAS
WAYNE ROSENDAHL. I have also examined possible alternate
spellings, and names with similar pronunciations. In point of fact
there is NO LISTING in the entirety of the SEAL Database (end of WWII
to the present day) for anyone with the last name ROSENDAHL or
anything even close in spelling or pronunciation.
Unless he has undertaken the unlikely action of a legal name change
(an action for which there would be court documentation) since his
claimed attendance at BUD/S training, and based upon the information
you have provided, I can state conclusively that DOUGLAS WAYNE
ROSENDAHL has NEVER COMPLETED SEAL training, and he is not now,
nor was he ever a Navy SEAL.
It is quite common for those making fraudulent SEAL claims to cite a
“secret” training class, “special selection and skills which
allowed them to bypass BUD/S training”, or “secret missions” as
an explanation for the lack of military documentation to back up their
stories. They also tend to claim their military records are
“sealed” and cannot be accessed. I would caution you that despite
anything the man might have said, there are NO secret SEALs. Before
any classified operations may be undertaken, a man must first
successfully complete the totally unclassified BUD/S Training program.
No one gets to the SEAL Teams without completing this training; there
are NO EXCEPTIONS! The graduates of that training program are listed
in the SEAL database – an unclassified document which is nonetheless
considered “highly sensitive” and therefore not available for
general public circulation. There have been and will continue to be
secret missions, but there are NO secret SEALs… we know them all.
Thank you again for your concern in this matter, and for your
assistance in upholding the honor of the US Navy SEAL Teams.
Very Respectfully,
Steve Robinson

I was searching the net for info on strategic defense systems and came
across an anti-space-militarization advocate named "Dr." Carol
Rosin. I noticed that she claims "honorary marine"
status, which I am confident is a lie because she claims all sorts of
bizarre titles and awards. Would your organization please ask her
to stop promoting herself as an honorary Marine as it is offensive to
the memory of real Marines who gave their lives for country and corps?

To all who read this,
My name is Robb Rowland and I have been less than truthful concerning my
time in the service. I would like to begin with an apology.
To the service members of past and present, my friends and family and to
all future volunteers of our armed services. My acts were inexcusable. I
regret padding so much attention on my short time I spent at 3rd Ranger
Battalion and at 6th Ranger Training Battalion. For this I am truly
sorry. It is with a heavy heart that I sit here and remember the
many lies I told and how often I told them. I beg you please to find it
in your heart to forgive me. From this day forward I promise to speak of
only what I experienced. I will also try an be a good steward of the POW
Network by becoming an example for others to follow. These few words
have helped me to not only encompass how hurtful words can be but,
also how trust and integrity create the foundations for any
person to lead an honest and fulfilling life. A great burden has begun
to lift and with hopes of clearing my name from the walls of distrust I
can be a better man. This has also given me a quest to contact the many
people I have wronged.
Thank you for believing in me and I hope, in the future, I can be
someone that each of you can trust again.
There are a few issues that must be cleared up in order for this veil of
deceit to be removed. A post was made concerning the Wounded Warriors Project
that must be addressed. As many of you know I am an avid airsoft
player. I saw a possibility in this community to help WWP achieve more
donations. I approached WWP, which is based in Jacksonville, Fl., with
the idea that if I could represent them at airsoft games by having a
tent, table cloth and brochures I would try an solicit donations
from the airsoft production companies. This became a realization with an event
named "Dogs of War" the production company was Mindgames
Production mac@mindgame-productions.com.
My friend and I held a team CQB competition at this event under the name
United Airsoft League. I pledged to give 10% of all monies collected
from the event to WWP. I collected a total amount of $2800.00. This
can be verified by Mindgames Productions. A cashiers check numbered
3735061 drawn from Bank of America on 20 Apr 2009 was issued for the
amount of $400.00 and given to WWP. This was well over the 10% I
originally agreed upon. I received a letter from Adam Silva, Director of
Resource Development for WWP on 30 Apr 2009. This letter addressed to
T.R.I.B.E, my airsoft team, thanked me for the donation and the
many troops who would benefit from this. I have further had WWP at
several other events of Mindgames Productions and TC Airsoft MACVTCairsoft@aol.com.
and have never received monies from either source.
The accusation that I have received donations and "pocketed
it" is false. The two gentlemen who own these airsoft production
companies will attest to these facts. Let it be known that I have done
wrong in the past, but I must start this new path protecting my
integrity.
Sincerely,
Robb Rowland
====================================================
Yes, I just saw Rowland's original e-mail of apology -- does
not work for me. He basically has no integrity to even
think of being redeemable in my mind. I will be
sending him a short to the point response and will cc you on
it. Hope all is well with you. Best wishes and
stay in touch. Take care ... RLTW!!
